American Chillers Commercial Series chilling systems are built around commercial grade refrigeration condensing units manufactured by Carrier and Luxaire for air conditioning and high temperature commercial cooling applications. American Chillers and Cooling Tower Systems, Inc. manufacturers over 200 Commercial Series chillers annually, for applications requiring high temperatures fluids between 40 and 85 F.  Package Water Chillers are available in sizes 2-20 tons and are the easiest to install as everything is contained in one cabinet.  The chiller may be installed indoors or outdoors by connecting the water lines and power supply.  It is then ready to run. Modular Water Chillers consist of a condensing chiller unit that is intalled outside, with the tank and pump that are installed inside the plant. This style of water chiller system is ideal for colder climates since the water tank is kept warm inside the plant or warehouse. Protect your investment further by running Inhibited Propylene Glycol in your chiller system.  This not only proctects your system form freezing, it also protects your system from rust and corrosion.

Heavy plastic tanks of various shapes and sizes are available for both indoor or outdoor installations.  From 5 gallons to 10,00 gallons, we have the tank to fit your specification. Tanks are manufactured from medium or high density polyethylene with U.V. inhibitors and will last for many years.  Each tank is sized according to the chiller or cooling tower load.  Tanks will be shipped loose with the modular water chiller or cooling tower and pre-tapped to fit the water inlet and outlet on the system.  Tanks will be insulated for all chiller applications and will come with a sight glass.  For a partial list of tanks available, click the tank picture.

High head centrifugal, cast iron pumps from Sta Rite and Memphis are available from 3/4 hp to 20 hp.  Ebara Stainless steel pumps are another option.  For a partial list of pump specs, click the pump picture.
