Congratulation to Bantam Cider on the expansion of their hard cidery which included a new American Chiller. Bantam is a “Modern American” cidery located in the Boston, Mass area. If the attention to detail that Dana Masterpolo put into her glycol system is any indication of how they make cider, then Bantam is well on their way to becoming a leader in hard cider. We enjoyed working with Dana and Bantam and thank them for trusting American Chillers with their glycol chiller and we look forward to providing the next chiller when they expand again.
