Standard Features 

• Electrical: Single point power connection to weather proof electrical panel allows for quick installation. 24 vac control circuit provided from transformer
• Controls & Safeties: Compressor high and low refrigeration pressure safeties, anti-short cycle time delay, water flow safety switch and freeze stat. Microprocessor based digital controls with interlocks for low flow and high supply temperature
• Low Ambient Control: Hot gas head pressure control (flooded condenser) for low ambient operation for winter operation down to -20F degrees
• Phase Monitor: protects chiller from phase unbalance, phase loss, phase reversal, under voltage, over voltage and provides a memory of the most recent 25 faults
• Remote control panel with temperature controller, pump on/off and chiller on/off switch
• Refrigeration: R-404a system with all copper refrigeration lines; liquid line solenoid valve, site glass and moisture indicator, filter dryer, externally equalized thermal expansion valve and service valves on liquid and suction lines
• Compressor: Hermetic scroll compressor with crankcase heater, suction gas cooled motors, and factory installed solid state external overload protection
• Air Cooled Condensers: Energy efficient PSC fan motor, high efficiency enhanced tube and fin condenser design, sized for capacity at 95°F ambient. Fan blades are dynamically balanced and TEAO all weather fan motors. Low ambient control is flooded condenser for operation down to –20F ambient
• Evaporator: High efficient stainless steel brazed plate with UL and ASME listing; insulated against condensation with 3/4” closed cell insulation
• Process Pump: Single, high head centrifugal pump with insulated wet end
• Reservoir: oversized glycol reservoir
• Cabinet mounted sight glass tank level indicator
• Internal Bypass: Adjustable internal bypass for temperature stability and to eliminate possibility of pump deadheading during low flow situation
• Includes brass wye strainer shipped loose for installation in a location convenient for routine maintenance cleaning
• Shipping: ships on a pallet, fully crated to minimize risk of shipping damage
• Chillers are run tested at factory and shipped charged with refrigerant
• Warranty: one (1) year limited parts, five (5) years limited compressor warranty
