All parts must be paid for at shipping even if it is a warranty claim. Credit or a refund will be issued upon receipt of the defective part and it is determined to be a defect in the material or workmanship of the part when manufactured. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges after first 30 days and all express charges.
Heat exchangers are warranted for defects in manufacture only. Leaks caused by freezing are not covered.
Pumps are warranted by their respective manufacturers for 1 year. Compressor warranties are exchange only and valid for five years from date of manufacture, and subject to inspection by the compressor manufacturer. We will charge a $50.00 handling fee for compressor exchanges. Compressors and pumps ordered for warranty purposes cannot be returned.
