A Chiller Pack or a Chill Pack is a split chiller that works with the contractor supplied condensing unit or heat pump unit. Contractors each represent their own brands of commercial HVAC equipment so they like to stay consistent with their brand as much as possible. When it comes to niche market products, it is not always possible to do that.

American Chillers Chiller Pack or Chill Pack is made so that the contractor can control the condensing unit brand. The chiller pack contains the evaporator and most of the controls and depending on the model and application and may or may not include the tank or pump.

Aqua Products Company built hundreds of Chiller Packs over the last 25 years. Now that they have closed their doors with John Seppamaki’s retirement, American Chillers has stepped in and is now supplying replacement Aqua Products Company Chiller Packs.

Chiller Packs are available in both high and medium temperature ranges and in single or multiple chiller circuits. If you have two, 5 ton condensing units, we can supply a dual circuit chiller pack with one shared fluid circuit, but with two sets of refrigeration connections for two stages of operation.
