Chiller and Cooling Tower Replacement Parts
Factory parts for American Chillers and Cooling Towers systems and of many of our competitors. We have the best customer service in the industry to support you when you are sourcing replacement parts. Most parts are in stock and available for next day shipment. Have your your chiller serial number and model number to expedite the sourcing process. Not completely sure what you need or chiller is missing serial number? Take digital pictures of the chiller and parts that need replacing and we can help find replacements.
Warranty Service
If your chiller is down, you can contact American Chillers for support. If it is after hours and you get voicemail, please leave a message. Our service tech on duty will call you as soon as possible.
To make a warranty claim, you must call for authorization. Please make sure you include your RMA number with your warranty part to get credit.
Chiller Start-up & Commissioning
Start-up or commissioning of your chiller is offered as an additional service. Prior to scheduling start-up, it is important that the proper installation procedures have been followed and the chiller is ready. Start-up typically (plans vary) consists of one day on site. If the start-up technician arrives on site and your chiller is not ready, you may be billed for additional time.
Service Contracts
Service contacts and preventative maintenance visits are available for most areas within the continental United States and Canada. Preventative maintenance is important for extending the life of your chiller. Please refer to your installation and maintenance manual for recommended preventative maintenance procedures.
Glycol
Glycol and the proper amounts and types are important to protecting your chiller and extending its useful life. The most common type of glycol recommended is propylene glycol with inhibitors. Inhibited glycol adds freeze protection and also is resistant to bacteria and will keep your pump seals lubricated. American Chillers sells inhibited propylene glycol in 5 or 55 gallon containers. Amchill offers premixed glycol diluted to your specification is available.
