Wild Rover Pub and Brewery in Odessa, Florida recently chose an 11 HP glycol chiller from American Chillers & Cooling Tower Systems, Inc. for their growing brewery. Derek and Ricky Wells are known for their hand crafted ales and lagers and specialize in true cask beer. The chiller will be used to maintain fermentation tanks, pulling down the tanks after fermentation and to maintain brite / conditioning tanks.
